• THE PROJECT

    This tenant improvement took place in Sunnyvale, CA and covered half of the 6th floor in the building. The project took approximately 4 months to complete. The scope included HVAC, new floor layout, angled walls, electrical including new lighting, fire sprinklers and new finishes including carpet, polished concrete and paint.
