Company History

Kenneth Larson founded Blueline Associates in 2005 with a handful of employees and a small office at Koll Center in Pleasanton. The company quickly acquired clients across the Bay Area and began to complete projects.

After only a few short years, Blueline had outgrown its original office and expanded to a larger suite at Koll Center. The new space had a kitchenette, conference room and now 5 private offices.

With the company continuing to grow, Blueline purchased a warehouse facility to centralize its equipment and resources. The facility now stored general tools as well as large construction equipment.

Blueline celebrated its 10-year anniversary in December of 2015. Over the 10 years of operation Blueline completed roughly 1,000 projects, expanded to a new location, grew its staff in the field and in the office and became a top general contracting company in the Bay Area.

Blueline again outgrew its office space and made the transfer to the newly renovated Rheem office. With additional space, and now connecting to its warehouse facility, Blueline has been able to further increase productivity and expand its reach to new areas and larger projects.

Blueline is celebrating its 15th year in business in May of 2020. Through the course of 15 years, Blueline has grown into a multi-million-dollar company and continues to expand its project depth and ability. With a growing workforce, Blueline is continuing its controlled growth while taking on more challenging and exciting projects. Through the COVID-19 shutdown, we have remained strong and intact. We haven’t come this far just to come this far!
