Founder & President
Ken founded Blueline in 2005 with the vision to not just be a construction company, but to be a solution source for client’s construction needs. Ken attended the University of Utah and graduated with a bachelor’s of art in Business Management. In his free time, Ken enjoys playing hockey with his sons, scuba diving, reading and being with his family.
TALMAGE SCOFFIELD
Vice President
Talmage has been with Blueline from the beginning and has helped build the company from the ground up. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona in business, Talmage worked in the tech industry before joining Blueline. When he isn’t at the office, Talmage enjoys golfing, snowboarding and spending time with his 4 children
LARRY KETOLA
Project Estimator
Larry was born in Finland and spent his childhood there before moving to the States in 1994. When he isn’t chasing his 4 kids around, Larry enjoys playing pick-up hockey with friends and snowboarding. He started with Blueline in 2015 after doing management and sales for 5 years.
JESUS MUELA
Project Manager
Jesus is a Bay Area native, growing up in East Bay and attending college at Cal State East Bay where he received his Bachelor’s degree. On the weekends Jesus enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his 3 children. Jesus has been in construction for 8+ years before becoming a Project Manager at Blueline.
ALLAN ODELL
Project Manager
Allan grew up in SoCal where he learned to surf before moving up to Northern California. On the weekends, Allan enjoys spending time on the lake, camping and being with his wife and 2 daughters. Allan joined Blueline in 2018 with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.
LOWELL MAZON
Project Manager
Lowell has been in the Construction industry for 30+ years before joining the Blueline family in 2020. Growing up and attending college in San Jose, Lowell has a broad knowledge and love of the Bay Area. When not in the office, you can find Lowell spending time with his family and friends and attending local sporting events.
KASIA HO
Sr. Project Engineer
Kassia grew up in Sacramento then attended UC Irvine where she received her degree in Business Economics before joining the Blueline team. Kassia is a food enthusiast and in her free time she enjoys lifting weights and spending time with her family.
KADI LARSON
Project Engineer
Kadi grew up in Pleasanton before moving away to complete her degree in Business Management at the University of Utah. Back in the Bay, you can find Kadi spending time with friends and skiing with her family on the weekends. Kadi started with Blueline in 2017 after completing several summer internships with the company.
MICHELLE DANG
Project Engineer
Michelle grew up in the Elk Grove and the Tracy area before attending UC Davis where she received her B.S. in Managerial Economics with a minor in Asian American Studies. Before Blueline, Michelle held several different administrative positions across the Bay Area. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and her chihuahua, Bruce.
MINDY NGO
Project Administrator
Mindy was born and raised in Vietnam before moving to the States where she later went on to complete her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. On the weekends you can find Mindy cooking, going on bike rides and playing cars and trains with her son. Mindy supports Blueline’s Project Engineering Team with day-to-day tasks and general project flow.
JENNIFER BALUYOT
Operations Manager
Jennifer was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to the States with her family. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking and running in Spartan races with her 2 children. Jennifer oversees Blueline’s day to day business operations, including HR and Accounting. Prior to joining Blueline, Jennifer held executive HR positions for various companies.
PHUONG BUI
Administrative Manager
Phuong grew up in Vietnam before moving to the U.S. with her family in 1990. She attended the University of Phoenix where she received her BS degree in Business Management. Before joining Blueline, Phuong worked in banking and management for 25+ years. On the weekends, Phuong enjoys spending time with her family, knitting and cooking.
ADAN CURIEL
Construction Superintendent
Adan grew up in Mexico where he developed a lifelong love of soccer and seafood. On the weekends he teaches a U10 soccer team and spends as much time with his children as he can. Adan has been with Blueline since 2006, supervising hundreds of Blueline’s projects across the Bay.
ISRAEL ALVAREZ
Construction Superintendent
Israel was born in Mexico and lived there for 7 years before moving to Concord. Starting with Blueline in 2007, Israel has become a key player in project management. On the weekends, Israel enjoys fishing and barbequing with his family and friends.
