Founded in 2005, Blueline Associates has grown into a trusted commercial construction firm serving Northern California. What began as a focused local operation has evolved into a multi-million-dollar company with a team of more than 50 skilled professionals. In 2022, Blueline became an ESOP company, reinforcing our belief that employee ownership drives accountability, pride, and long-term success. Throughout our growth, we have remained committed to delivering high-quality work and building lasting relationships with our clients, values that continue to guide everything we do.
Over 20 Years of Growth
In May 2025, Blueline proudly celebrated 20 years in business. Over the past two decades, we’ve grown into a multi-million-dollar company, steadily expanding the scope and complexity of our projects. With a growing and skilled workforce of over 50 employees.
Blueline continues to experience thoughtful, strategic growth, allowing us to take on increasingly dynamic projects while maintaining the quality and relationships that define our work. Our success to date is only the foundation for what’s next, as we look ahead with focus and confidence.
COMPANY FOUNDED
Kenneth Larson founded Blueline Associates in 2005 with a handful of employees and a small office at Koll Center in Pleasanton. The company quickly acquired clients across the Bay Area and began to complete projects.
PURCHASE WAREHOUSE FACILITY
With the company continuing to grow, Blueline purchased a warehouse facility to centralize its equipment and resources. The facility now stored general tools as well as large construction equipment.
10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Blueline celebrated its 10-year anniversary in December of 2015. Over the 10 years of operation Blueline completed roughly 1,000 projects, expanded to a new location, grew its staff in the field and in the office and became a top general contracting company in the Bay Area.
ESOP
Blueline proudly became a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. This transition reflects our commitment to our team – giving every employee an ownership stake in the company’s success and strengthening the foundation for our long-term growth.
